My order was lost or forgotten after an hour and a half was told they were just remaking my food. Food was not hot or very good. Another person's food looked burnt to which they complained about and someone from the kitchen or a manager came and said there was nothing wrong with it. I understand stuff happens but when it does appologies need to be made not arguments. I will never order food from there again .

My lovely wife Wendy thought she would surprise me on Saturday afternoon and WOW, did she ever!! This awesome billiards establishment was awesome. Clean, well equipped with a lot of good quality tables, cues and plain fun. I haven't had this much enjoyment within the city for a long time.. Also, it was also equipped with 1 of the owners. Joanne was just great too. Very good people person and hard working too! Was there filling in in for an ill employee. Good job Joanne. We'll definitely be back and, we'll bring others.Thanks for the treats at the end of our visit.

This place is super cool. Didnt have any idea it existed until a friend took me there to shoot some pool. They have a whole ton of pool tables, the foods pretty good and the beer was remarkably cold. I also kind of like that it's a bit of a word of mouth secret...sort of adds to its mystique. Will return.

Was in the neighbourhood at a local hotel. Decided to try this place out as it was one of the only open at the time. So glad I did! Service was amazing, food was great. I’ll be back if I’m ever in that end of Calgary!

The Hidden Spot is an amazing place to play pool, with an amazing pub food menu! Their pool tables are of the Diamond brand, top of the industry! Tournaments and leagues run throughout the week. Call or stop into The Hidden Spot for tourney info. It is run by a couple of Calgary's best shots! Thus, you will always be able to find a competitive game. Many masters frequent. Perhaps an opportunity to acquire a coach?! Rack em' up!#world9time 🌎

High prices, poor selection of drinks and after 6 visits, I still haven't had a decently cooked meal. The server Lara is fabulous though.

A billiards bar with lots of areas to sit, relax and have a beer. Its a refreshing environment with great staff and food. Though for some reason they do have lucky beer on tap.

Very great food for a good price. I had fish and chips and it was one of the best I have had in a long while. Party of 6 and all had great food. Lara was a great waitress.

Nice place and good staff. They had tasty grilled snacks when you want bite something small. Several beers on tap but I missed IPA that time. Common prices.

Poor experience used to love going here, but after dealing with new staff I have been let down. Went in to play a game of pool with my friends and to have a good time when my friend went to grab a lime the bartender had made a very rude remark of saying my friend is very unhygienic and giving him a stink eye. While leaving and paying the bill the bartender had the audacity (and keep in mind she wasn't the one serving us) to say that my tip that I had gave was little even tho it was one of the percentage options on the machine. Very disappointed with the service today!

I’ll get right into it. The service from owner/employee (Laura) was very uncomfortable. Ill explain further, as soon as i walked (Laura) started walking me through their menu after asking for a table (I felt like i was at a drive through). Normally you allow/welcome your guests and at least allow them to be seated first. After making an order and received it she seemed to push hard several times after if i wanted more drinks and food after telling her i am ok. (I almost felt bad for saying no so many times). When i was paying my pool tab which is half off Sundays (Laura) always tries to charge me full price, when i mention that its half off today she acts like she had forgotten and corrects the price on the debit machine. Im confident this is done on purpose since this happened to me multiple times and to a friend of mine. At the end the food and tables were ok. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO THIS OWNER TO STOP BEING PUSHY WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD/DRINK SALES.

This place was amazing I did play pool while I was there and was pleased to find the tables were of high quality. Also pleased to learn there are many masters and a few pro's that play here. Anyone looking to learn how to play pool this would be the perfect place to start. Even the staff was very pleasant to speak with and acomadating as I had showed up 30 mins before closing time ( love that song closing time lol ) and she allowed me to play while she worked on closing, it had been a long night for her because it was the finals night for there league's and I am sure she just wanted to go home and not serve anymore costumers. If I lived in Calgary I would frequently go to this place.

Large billiard hall with food and drinks. We went here for a staff event. Had a great time playing pool and enjoying some great food and drinks.

The worst pool/bar establishment in Calgary. The pool tables are not that great and are really close to each other. The waitress or whatever she is (blonde lady with tattoos on her arm) is really disrespectful and rude. She does not know how to work at an establishment of this sort. She is also not aware of tabs so if you do go make sure you check the receipt as she likes to charge you for stuff that was never ordered and acts innocent at the end when called on it. There are way better places out there than this place, I honestly don’t recommend it to anybody! Disgusted by the experience.

Awesome old school pool hall

A nice place to play pool and have some drinks. I played for about 2 hours and it cost $22 so I think it's a little bit more expensive than I expected but I guess acceptable.

After a bad experience at Mike’s Billiards, I was glad I found this place. I guess the name it self tells it all as I never knew the place was right opposite Mike’s Billiards. They have a great variety of tables and the food is really good. Customer service is excellent.

The posted Open times are wrong. Spent 1 hour on the bus each way to find out they open at 3pm via a piece of paper on the door mon-thurs instead of 11am. This is 2020... get it together!

Great little pub I never knew existed! Tons of pool tables and a second floor. Food is decent as well! Good drink specials.

Haven't heard of this place until a few weeks ago when my friend took me here. Chill vibes, chill staff, great prices. My new go to place for pool.

Joanne & Bev did an amazing jobs at hosting our daughters birthday/charity event. The tables were great, food was amazing and service was smooth.

This place is good for team building and a nice place to unwind, food is awesome, staff is very accomodating, would definitely recommend. 🍻🍻🍻 🎱🎱🎱
